Shipping Policy

Inteset Technologies will make every effort to satisfy our customers requirements and expectations to get delivery of the items that they buy from us within the shipping time frame that we promise. Most in-stock items that we sell are shipped to US destinations using First Class Mail or UPS Ground Free of charge unless otherwise specified in the product listing. Customers may specify that shipment of their order be expedited. Inteset will make every effort to process such an expedited order the same day received and ship the order the same or next regular shipping day so long as the additional cost for the expedited shipping and processing has been paid.

Shipments to points outside of the Continental US are made based on the prepayment of applicable charges for the shipping service requested. Absent payment and instructions to the contrary, we will ship internationally using the least expensive method available for the service requested.

We will process orders received by 2 PM of each weekday for shipment on the following weekday excluding holidays. We refer to this as the "shipping day". If the shipping day falls on a weekend or holiday, those shipments will be made on the next non-holiday weekday. Customers should then receive their order within the advertised transit time by that carrier for that service.

Inteset uses only Carriers (UPS or USPS) that provide a tracking number for the orders that we ship with them. We will provide our customer with that tracking number for each order processed using the customer email provided on the order. The tracking number will allow the customer to be informed of the progress of their delivery. Any time an order is made and you have not received a tracking number within 24 hours of the shipping day, you should contact us at "".

If a shipped order is lost, damaged or stolen before delivery to the customer, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim for the loss with the Carrier. Inteset will provide whatever assistance possible to allow the customer to recover the value of the lost damaged or stolen item to the level of insurance provided by the Carrier, Inteset will not be responsible for any deductibles or other costs not covered by the Carriers insurance.

Inteset is not responsible for factors that are beyond our control that cause a late delivery to our customer. In no case, will Inteset be responsible for any issue where the cost is more than the shipping charges paid by the customer.
