Returns & Warranty
Send us an email request for a Return Material Approval (RMA) number by contacting us here. Provide the following in your email:
- Your original purchase date and invoice/order number
- Your current address, otherwise our mailing to you may be mis-addressed
- Where you bought the Inteset product
- The name of the Inteset product, model # and description of the problem
After we send you an RMA #, box the product carefully for return to us, preferably in the original packaging. See the Package Return Instructions below. Use the USPS First Class package service with tracking or an equivalent cost prepaid service. Clearly print the RMA # on the outside of the box. Be sure to include a copy of your sales receipt. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA # and the sales/order receipt or number. The returned product must be in original condition except for normal wear and tear when received by us for processing.

Package Return Instructions: Package the Remote or other item in as small a package as possible. You can use a padded envelope or small box in most cases. If you are returning an EV Charger or Extension Cable you will need a bigger box. We recommend that you keep the original packing material for this purpose. Take the package to your Post Office and request 1st CL Package Rates (Must weigh less than 14 ounces) or to your UPS Store in the case of a Charger or Extension Cable. They will give you a tracking number. Email the tracking # to us noting the RMA # that we provided. When we receive your return we will take the appropriate action and either repair or replace the item depending on our findings.
Inteset products come with a 30 day Return/Exchange Limited Warranty, unless otherwise noted. The following describes our limited warranty and return policy. When you purchase products from us you agree to abide by the conditions of this Section.
We will refund your purchase price for any reason if you notify us within the first 14 days after your receipt and the returned product is in it's original new condition when received back by us (excluding defective products received by the buyer). Except as provided elsewhere in this section, we will replace any item that is defective within the first 30 days after your receipt. If an item is found to be defective, you must report the problem immediately and return the defective item to us in a timely manner.
When you contact us, please follow the Return Procedure below. We will pay to ship the replacement product to you in the United States. Otherwise, at our discretion, we will ship the product to you after you have paid us for shipping.
We will not be responsible for and we will not provide replacements or refunds when problems with our products are a result of the following:
- Damage to the product after it is originally shipped by us or our agents to you.
- Items that are lost or stolen in transit and/or items that are shipped at the buyers request by us to an international destination without using a shipping service that provides tracking information to that destination.
- External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power.
- Installation or usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
- Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by or authorized by us
- Damage caused by accidents including lightning, water, fire, abuse or neglect or any other reason beyond our control.
- Products that have been physically modified in any way.
- Products for which we have not received payment.
- Non-compatibility or product misunderstanding.
If we agree to accept a return for a refund during the first 30 days after your receipt and the product is not defective and is in original new condition then we may deduct a restocking fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of your original price paid excluding the cost of shipping.
This Limited Warranty begins on the date of the delivery of the shipment. Proof of the delivery date may be required. The warranty period is not extended if we replace a warranted product or any parts. We may change the terms of our limited warranty, at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
In no case will Inteset, its owners or any of its related companies be liable for more than the value of a refund or replacement equal to the original purchase price plus the original shipping cost of any product that may be the subject of this section. Nor will we be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages of any kind or at any time. If you decide to take legal action against us you must do so in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, USA.
INT-422 Remotes and Other Listed Products Warranty
Inteset warrants that Model INT-422 Series Remotes and other products that are advertised by us with a One Year Warranty are free from defects for a period of one year from your receipt of the product. If any aspect of the product fails to function properly, please contact us and then follow our return procedure.
Taxes, Duties, and Fees
Inteset is not, under any circumstances, responsible for the payment of any taxes (foreign or domestic), duties or fees imposed on any of the products or services sold on this site, unless first reimbursed by you. All such charges are your full responsibility. You agree not to request that Inteset pay any such charges at any time unless Inteset is charged by a legitimate governing body and you have reimbursed Inteset in full for any such charges.
